North Petherton Guy Fawkes Carnival 2010

Unlike Bridgwater the night before, North Petherton Carnival was largely dry, apart from a 15 minute spell, but also colder. A little smaller than Bridgwater, there were still 109 entries. Use of flash gave a different feel to the photographs.
Following technical problems later on in the procession at Bridgwater, Huckyduck Carnival Club managed to win the Tableaux Cart Open class at North Petherton, with Gremlins CC winning the Feature Cart Open class. Newmarket CC won the Cmic Feature Cart class and Mendip Vale won the Feature Cart Optional class. The Juvenile class was won by Marina Sydenham JCC, as at Bridgwater.
