Kilve Steps

HDR rendition of the shale rock shelves at Kilve Beach on the Somerset coast, overlooking the Bristol Channel. The rock shelves are reminiscent of giant sloping steps and are formed from miilions of years of sedimentary activity and erosion in the area. The whole beach and in fact the whole coastline slopes due to the millenia of erosion.
